py2js33777yAbsolutely correct but text mining from someone's personal messages and selling that data is not fair either. Hoping that many of the countries asking fuckerburg for data breach are not doing something pointless.

Exactly! Selling user's data was announced to be FBs business model years ago... Actually is part of Google's business model and the main source of revenue of a lot of "free" services...
Ofuscated or anonymized data is useless for marketing companies thar buy this type of data with the aim to directly target the user...
Having this in mind you should all be aware that some sort of data breach was bound to happen sooner or later... Even if the source company streams the data and deletes it (making it anonymized through time) I never seen one that enforces proper handling to their clients...
So... It is not new information, you used unwisely and you are mad now!? It doesn't make sense for me -
404-js827y@py2js I absolutely agree that what Facebook and a lot of other companies are doing isn't very nice, but at the same time I feel like they have a right to do it. It is their program, and people choose to give them their information , essentially voiding their right to that info. Now, if they were selling info gathered from browser caches and computer drives, data not explicitly used by or entered into their product, that would be a much better cause for worry.
Anybody else really annoyed at all these people getting mad at zuckerburg? Like, I've always questioned privacy of the internet in general. If you're dumb enough to put sensitive info on the internet (especially on social media) then you shouldn't have the right to complain about privacy. It's your responsibility to protect your information.
