I feel like I was very productive today. At last, I found myself a nice dark theme for NetBeans based on IntelliJ darcula theme. I also found a perfect Java API 8 SE class for date manipulation called LocalDate.

I love NetBeans too, butt I'm stuck with eclipse at work and I feckin loathe it.

Tools > Plugins > Available Plugins and search for the Darcula theme and install it. Alternatively, you can go here http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginP...# and download the Sublime theme (it's also very nice I like it) and just import the zip file into NetBeans.

Tools > Options > Fonts and Colors > Import
