Not a rant but I honestly loooove vscode, I've been using it for the 2 years I think. Postman have created a vscode extension as well, I loved Thunderclient too.5

I'm doing my Postgrad in I.T with a specialty in Application development. I've honestly lost interest in software development. I no longer have that *thing* I used to have, I've honestly completely lost interest. I decided to accept I really nice paying Technical Support Analyst position. It's very close to my house and I can work from home.4

I honestly feel like I don't know what I'm doing. Actually, I don't know what I'm doing. From when I used to code to now being a solutions architect. I still Google a lot of things, I forget the stuff I've learnt/know. I feel like there's something that keeps on grabbing all the information I try to store in my brain and chucking it out.7

I'd appreciate some viewpoints on this one. I've been wanting to use a password manager. LastPass or 1Password?4

Honestly bad at this front-end thing. CSS you fix one thing and it affects something else, at least that's what I've been experiencing.4

I honestly do not understand why people speak so badly about PHP(that's the general vibe I am getting from all these different platforms) or maybe it's because I am still new at it I am yet to find out the reason.27

It would actually be interesting to see all of Jase's accounts(active and inactive)🤔. List and tag one if you can remember so that we can have a count. Try not to repeat an account that has been mentioned.8

I am currently in a process of learning Domain Driven Development (DDD) and how to actually implement it. I'm honestly struggling to understand it. I feel it is very abstract. I'd truly appreciate any resource reference that I can use, especially how to actually implement DDD.4

recently got introduced to this very nice tool called tmux. I'd highly recommend it. Here's a nice read as well.

This song still sends shivers through my spine and the sad message behind the song. -
Hello everyone, Kindly help me out, please.
I'm using Ubuntu latest LTS. The problelm is, I am not able to copy, past or cut anything from my external harddrive. I am however able to watch movies or edit documents directly from the hdd
I've tried 'askubuntu'. This is link that has a similar problem as mine

So lately, I've been screen recording when I am working on my projects just for fun. I'm using Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS (Bionic Beaver) and SimpleScreenRecorder for screen recording. I'm using VidCutter for video editing but for some reason, it's giving me some errors and not able to save my edited videos. I don't want to do heavy video editing. I just want something like Windows movie make if some of you remember that.4

I think if you are a beginner and you want to learn to program it's always better to look at the current technologies in the industry. This does not only apply to beginners, even those who are already in the industry as this may help to decide which language or framework you want to learn. In order for you to decide you need to know the market trend and the stability. I think the following links can help quite a lot.
