You remember my team with scrums that last more than hour? They just decided that it is not enough - we will have another, morning, scrum. I am looking for a new job.

Meeting two times per day about the same thing? Jeez.

I hate this kind of managers.

Isn't a sort of a guideline that a Daily Scrum meeting shouldn't last more than 15 minutes.

And everyone should, when it's their turn, only answer the following questions without any interruptions:
- What have you done since last daily Scrum?
- What are you going to do next?
- any problems?

If any other discussion should be had, it should happen after the Daily Scrum.
