    Thats good if you're a web developer. I have to remote desktop one of our office machines to test IE 11 (Im on ubuntu) :)

    @cahva My philosophy is that if the user uses IE, screw him...

    @antoni4040 Congratulations... Your e-commerce client has just lost a significant revenue stream because we decide to be snobby about what we will put the work into. Yes, it's the most unbelievable pain, but we can't force people to use the tools we want - we need to cater for them.

    @cahva I'm not a web developer :P

    @Jamoyjamie Resistance is futile. JavaScript will get you. Regardless of what you do now, you will be a web developer before it's all over.

    @samk I'm actually building a website that focuses on a relatively young audience. IE users are usually older people. That plus the fact that the majority of users comes from mobile, making the website IE compatible isn't worth the effort.

    @antoni4040 That's fine. But you can't make it a philosophy. You need to be willing enough to give your clients and their customers the best reach possible. By all means make sure to charge for it, but if a project needs to work in IE, then you need to make it work in IE.

    @samk This depresses me :(

    I actually tried a bit of JS today and the fact OOP has to be done with prototypes and other strange hacks really surprises me. I wouldn't have expected it to become so popular without things like that.

    Maybe it's just my inexperience...

    I'll stick to my C# ;)

    @Jamoyjamie it's the Wild West. Booze, hookers and guns... why wouldn't it be popular?! 🍻💁🔫
