Signed up for a three week long hackathon solo and got assigned to a random team, only one other person on the team of 4 can code, he has more experience so I let him pick the framework, goes with c# MVC which I'd never used before but I figure w/e I'll help where I can.

Basically immediately after generating the base project and getting the designer and data person comfortable with the toolset and build process the other dev gets a pile of extra work to do at his day job and can no longer devote more than an hour or two a week to the project.

Ended up basically taking over the project, teaching myself enough C# to accomplish the bare minimum of what was needed and finishing the site at about 4 AM the morning of the presentations.

Came in Second Place so I guess I can't complain tooo much....
