Blockchain is a programming language similar to Scratch. You know, drag&dropping blocks together.

How does he still have a job? ๐Ÿคจ

@jackconnorhull He has a job because for the most part professors are not competent developers.

Just about every prof I had was a developer during or before he dot-com bubble. They stagnated, didn’t want to learn anything except the things they knew (usually C++\Java) and so they went to teach.

Throw those professors in the real world and they would wash right the fuck out.

As long as you go into it with your eyes open, learn the bullshit they want you to regurgitate, and make sure to learn on your own then life is good.

@leanrob those who can't do, teach.

No. Snaplogic pipelines are dragging and dropping blocks. You, teacher, were dragged and dropped on your head.

"IT teaching in is an activity similar to politics. You know, confidently spouting nonsensical bullshit."

In a more literal sense, your teacher isn't wrong, since Scratch is a chain of blocks that connect together......sorry :/
