I'd argue that there's very little Google can't do and there's a lot they won't do for a number of reasons.

I should have clarified, it's not exactly that Google can't but it's a feature that has yet been properly implemented (or if it is even possible) in their tools.

What I'm referring to is to have precise 1 to 1 formatting when copying from Microsoft Office products into a HTML based editor or say Google docs etc.

@Swift In this case it might not be up to the software you're developing but up to what Word itself offers when copying content from it.

@Swift You could use the online version of word and copy the html.
