"I've quit Facebook" - congratulations, and here is your medal.
Like, most that are quitting facebook raves about how bad it is, but what they don't realize is that they're bringing Facebook behavior to other platforms instead. "Look at me; how great am I for quitting Facebook"-behavior and actions are only seen on Facebook.
I don't like Facebook either (and haven't used it in years), but there is a phrase that is perfect for when shit like this happens: "double standard".

Since quitting Facebook I've noticed my Reddit and Imgur times have also significantly decreased (never did Twitter/Instagram/). I prefer it this way a lot more.

Not a big fan of Facebook either, but in my experience, it was the perfect playground for minion-meme posting aunts and self centered 'bloggers' that are now invading Reddit (among other platforms).

Whereas a few months or even weeks ago you could browse r/all to find cool new subreddits, now it degenerated to a Facebook 2.0 with top posts of the style "Look at me, a person you dont know having fun with other people you don't know either and dont give a fuck about" or "Look at my pet/uncle/father, now gimme upvotes". Same shit goes down in the comment section.

And don't even get me started on the redesign.
