Made a simple college project using Node.Js, MongoDB, React... Wrote everything from scratch, starting from HTML to CSS and Routes even OAuth. No template was used.. Guess what teacher said...

She said I love the second project made using wordpress template because, "It looks amazing and beautiful"

One of the reasons why I hate college...

    Don't be mad at her.
She only gave you a lesson.
A lesson, how clients will behave, when you have to face 'em.

    @Jkyll? Lol

@TylerDDevRant yes I agree with you.
Also, to learn to deliver what the client need not what you need.

Are you one of my team mates?🤔😂
I had the exact same situation happen to me a couple of weeks ago.

@TylerDDevRant she also teached him she ain't fit to be a serious CS professor and he should invest his time on more productive activities.

Also he outlines how the teacher asked for it to be that way but was unable to distinguish the use of WordPress.

@JKyll she prooved that she is not a CS teacher who would give importance to work she is just a layman giving importance to views.

@JKyll its not just it is the situation of all engineering colleges these days... Where no one gives importance to innovation

@johnSnow true, I'm telling yah I'm fed up with college I'm making myself a future without those clowns.

I learned that most college's ain't for learning or creating new things on my 3rd semester. Now I'm focused on managing people, delivering basic stuff and getting ahead.

@JKyll You ever stop and think your university is just a pile of shit?

You can't actually make a judgement about every university if you've only been to one. That's called bullshit.

@Stuxnet known it for a while,I've visited other universities and and there's always a degree of shittiness.

No matter how awesome your University is tho, I think it applies to all of them that they are not there to teach you (specially in CS where most are behind) they are there to charge you, somewhat guarantee you'll have a regular job and maybe take some of your intellectual property.

Also note the "most"partlf my comment.
