A client once send me an email and wrote that his internet connection is down. I replied asking him to just reboot his pc. He thanked me later on.... What can I say....

@wildgoosecsharp no that was it. who can he manage to email me if his internet connection was down? I never knew what was really happened.

so what you meant to say was....

a cleint once sent me an email stating that his internet wasnt working and asked me to help him to fix it - he thanked me when i told him to reboot however im still confused to how his email worked if his internet didnt.
