3hrs of factory resets basically and finally got OP6 rooted but not TWRP...

Had to restore the stock recovery and apparently all it does is factory reset...

Had to root and reinstall everything again....

    @RantSomeWhere Magisk

    I installed some TWRP but was really slow and i think screwed up the boot partitions. The guide said to install in boot_a, boot_b instead of recovery...

    Broke the wifi it seems so tried the System reset... didn't work so I had a "heart attack"...

    Finally as last ditch I downloaded the ROM from the site and managed to reflash it using TWRP.

    It was a very tense wait as again it looked like the thing was taking forever or just froze... Until it actually said Done.

    Finally to confirm I booted back into Recovery but apparently the stock recovery just resets/reflashes the system...

    So lost all installed apps again as well as root... Redid the Magisk install... I tried installing TWRP using an AiO app on xda this time that seemed to support OP6 but didn't work.

    Just moved onto restoring all my apps via TitaniumBackup and moving some files over but Google Drive kept syncing Docs but couldn't find the files I just uploaded from the OP1... (I tried Android Beam then ES Explorer's between send first but it didn't work...)

    So after 3hrs I have it in a working state and now I'm thinking just don't flash TWRP at least then recovery will be able to format and restore the phone to stock at any time... Just wish it would give a warning message instead of just a unlock screen...
