Thinking about quitting college more and more.
Not because it's hard, but because I can't bear with it anymore. I had a 3 day break and I noticed I didn't want to just disappear anymore.

What will I if I quit? Work. Try to find work in something electronics or programming related. I know my chances are slimmer than someone who did finish, but I can't...

I dunno

You've got to get through the hardships, this is most likely only temporary! I've had this problem and it even came close to suicidal tendencies. I did not stop, no matter how hard it was. I evetually overcame my troubles and i'm now in the last stage for graduation. Good luck, don't regret your choice!

Maybe you have only chosen the wrong course. I started studying Physics, then, after two years, I switched to Web Technologies (a kind of Computer Science, but with less math and some web-oriented classes). I'm very happy of that choice. In any case, remember that there are many very good self-thought programmer. Having a degree is good, but not mandatory. Good luck.

Don’t quit. It won’t be too long until you graduate. This is coming from a new grad. You have the rest of your life to work! You’ll make friends who may stand by you for life (otherwise it’s just you and your coworkers) and you’ll actually learn quite a lot even if you think that you won’t.

There are some things that I thought were useless that were actually relevant to what I was working on in the field.

Get that degree! Your parents more often than not will not understand the job you’re doing. But they know what a degree is..
