Lately I've been ranting about this new company I joined ... The senior developer said this today:
"oh i didn't know u can add more than one project in a single solution " .. !!!

So tell me, why is he senior?

Shit like that makes me wanna cry when I’ve been at the same place for 17 years and they can’t even be bothered to properly change my job title from junior programmer or pay me the going rate

@gruff you should leave man, why in the same place for all those years when nothing is changing

@gitpush Just sorted my cv out this week as it goes banged on about my job title for years and years but nothing ever comes of it, company has been brought twice and the new owners can certainly afford to pay us the proper rate and they say they will slowly work it up but just sounds like more empty promises lol
