I think you could register an 365 account and tryout everything.

@devTea PowerBI SDK is not hard to learn, their docs are so descriptive. But it is a bit pain dealing with office 365 API I didn't really like it
I wrote an Android an iOS sample app that fetches a dashboard full of tiles from a demo account I made
