Which do you consider the best country to live/work in?

Subjective I know but I'm thinking of relocating somewhere and could use some help with the "where"!

Outside of the U.S.? Japan, Taiwan, or Korea on that order. It would be something totally different from what I'm used too. (And they don't expect foreigners to have their work ethic from the start).

Most of middle and west europe ( poland i am looking at you ), japan, korea, canada, singapore, dubai ( if you can tolerate greediness ) is nice i guess.

Basically the countries which are ACTUALLY civilized. USA is well developed, but civilized ? Hell no.
