@hvidt You're probably better off.

I only have gotten one client off Upwork so far in the past 4 weeks. Luckily they're paying outside of it since they take a big chunk of your income. I only bid on certain projects that would be worth taking and knowing that the client can pay up.

@turturtles me too. It just seems like good paying gigs are far too many

They definitely aren't that many. It's also hard to compete with "I will build you ecommerce site in 3 days for $50 bucks on Wordpress" or the plethora of "I need a website scraped but want to see you scrape it before I pay"
