Had this happen last week. Manager wanted a massive feature in a future branch in production immediately. I told him it hadn't been tested fully yet and he said that was fine. It went to production and everything broke, was rolled back. He exclaimed "why did it break!? why was this not tested!?". Luckily there was a paper trail, and he got shouted at. Only for a couple of days ago for the higher up who told him off to try the same trick...
