    But it could mean that they are looking for some who knows what devops is about and knows how to do it.

    There is a difference between graduate and junior.

    1. Graduate a.k.a. Entry-Level (0-2 yrs experience)
    2. Junior (2-3 yrs)
    3. Mid-Level (3-5)
    4. Senior (5+ yrs)
    At least in USA as far as I know.

    @aldoblack I would agree. When I was hired while back as a junior I fit that timeframe

    But im also ok to recruit peoplr with 1 year as a junior. If they are good, i dont see why not
