Fucking Samsung should get their shit together. I can't even disable default apps on my phone I had to individually disable permissions for all my app settings.

    That's why we root our phones / unlock the bootloader and install some cool custom ROM.

    I haven't bought a smartphone to get a Nokia 3310 with better display, there's no reason to restrict me to set my wifi to monitor mode.

    @systemctl You have no clue how close I am to doing that. The problem with this is though that certain apps I use do not work on rooted phones.

    @MacDev There are some apps that hide your su binary, apps like Snapchat (but who uses that shit anyways...) wouldn't be able to see that your device's rooted then. Maybe they also check for the package of SuperSU or so, but there are also some tools to rename the package name.

    You can use magisk manager it has magisk hide to hide root binaries so you can use restricted apps too.
