The customer support team in my company just put a shit description about the issues and expect the devs to solve it. The screenshot is in a German language that is officially said to be not used in the company yet it is still used. The zendesk has no images or context. Do these customer support think we are magicians?2

Web code editors are shit for interviews!!
I was given a timed interview test to code on a hackerearth’s code editor. First of all I have never used hackerearth’s code editor because they suck. The problem was very simple and I cleared the round anyways when an actual human saw my code. But my point is why are programmers creating shit editors for other programmers in a timed environment. I couldn’t figure out for the life of me how the fuck I should take an input and output that in this shit editor. The code logic was ready but the test cases failed.
So Should I be learning about hackerearth’s shit code editor in an interview with a timer or should I be judged on the code logic in the specified time?
I seriously find these web code editors most of them annoying. Cause they aint good enough. You need time figuring out the tools first and then code the logic.
Usually in your job you’re gonna use the editor of your choice. Not a fucking shit fucked half arsed hackerearth code editor. My rant is for those of you if you’re taking interviews on such platforms, be there. Don’t rely on those platforms. This automated crap is still crap.4 -
So I am applying for some Jobs across Internationally. But receiving a lot less callbacks. What is your advice? Do you have some space for a ReactJS developer in your company?6

I have some cool Javascript tricks that I believe when used extensively throughout your code will help reduce your file size and will be easier to read for you colleagues. Hopefully you find them useful day-to-day coding life. So share if it helps you.

Are we discussing anything about Pegasus and how it can infiltrate any device with just a missed call?1

Have you guys tried IntersectionObserver with NextJS? How did you initialise it for server side rendering ?14

Its not a product, but personal opinion working on react for the last 4 years and one thing is for sure Reacts functional components are shit to use compared to the class components. Specifically useEffect. React was never supposed to be written in a functional way when it first launched.20

Some of the biggest difference between an HR from India and an International one is that the question is not “What is your current CTC?” But “What are your salary expectations?”There has been this culture in India where the current CTC is used to determine your job offer, not what you’re actually worth for the company.16

When doing a project from scratch, what would you prefer?
Code Quality + Time = Product
Bad Code Quality + Les Time = Product7 -
I would like to know if anyone has created a CSV file which has 10,000,000 objects ?
1) The data is received via an API call.
2) The maximum data received is 1000 objects at once. So it needs to be in some loop to retrieve and insert the data.11 -

Rant!!
Fuuuuuuuuuuccccccckk this new dev hired is such a dick he keeps on not testing his own code for simple things and expects everyone else to test it on local and tell him his bugs.6 -

!rant !!Story
I installed Truecaller and it naturally scraped my contacts information. I realized that anyone now who had not saved my number can search who I am. I didn't want that to happen so I uninstalled Truecaller. But people still saw the name and profile I had created. So I reinstalled Truecaller changed my name and surname to 'Call me to know who I am' and uninstalled Truecaller again. Now it overrides the information so anyone searches for my number and hasn't saved it that's what he'll see.3 -
Fucking Samsung should get their shit together. I can't even disable default apps on my phone I had to individually disable permissions for all my app settings.

PS: If anyone received any nude pics of mine, it was totally not intentional. ^_^

Thanks have a great day. :)4 -
I really don't have much of any social life, and it's quite ok. I usually hang around with guys in the office every once in a while and if there is a football match going on, especially during this World cup. Maybe due to this I was even awarded a 100% raise, which is quite awesome. Nothing bad with being a loner sometimes things just work out for you, plus I get to concentrate on work a lot more than my peers. ^_^

Rant.
I hate premade code/libraries fucking fuck some library decisions should be a question criteria for any interview. I would like to know the thought process you involved on why you chose a particular library. Fuuuuuuuuuuccccccckk the frustrations.
Thanks have a good day. :)2
