Does anyone else uses codenames when talking to coworkers so just the boss doesn't understand it?

We do. Some in other language.

I use naming schemes based entirely on the Cthulhu mythos.

Which leads to some pretty messed up sounding conversations.

They have no idea who H.P. Lovecraft is. I didn't feel the need to mention it.
