We do quantum development at work. Hence no testing nobody knows if the application is working after the deployment. 😶

No testing? Everything that can be done on a quantum computer can be done on a traditional computer, just with higher memory requirements (exponential really).

It's fully deterministic. All the quantum computer simulators have tests. You should have tests.
