Reading a Ray Wenderlich book to try give RxSwift a go. Book is well written and going well. But I’m grinding my teeth at the fact all the code samples use 2 space indentation. Despite the fact apples standard is 4 ... and you know tabs would let us decide.

I know it’s a small thing, but it’s really pissing me off

I think it's because space is pretty limited in a book, they'd want to use horizontal space as efficiently as possible.

@RememberMe well they have additional Xcode projects that come with the book that are set the same way. Most of the code in the book is typically limited to a few lines at a time and their official coding standard says to use 2 spaces. So I don’t think it’s just the fact of it being a book.

Even if the book spacing was the issue, again, perfect use case for tabs. Format them smaller for the book, let me choose my size for them in Xcode
