devTea219106yI guess this depends on your definition of 'perfect code', mine is easy to read and maintain, so yeah it's possible but need a lot of work when you start it

Gophyr19136yI would say it is possible to make code that behaves exactly as you intend for it to. The problem is that all the supporting libraries/environment will tend to go change on you and break things.
