Demolishun3836610hRead up on vitamin b12 and b6. One of those is responsible for the nerve sheathing around your nerves. If you are low on these it can affect the ability for this sheathing to repair. I started to get sore wrists years ago. So I started taking a B complex which includes both b6 and b12. It went away and stayed away. YMMV

B12 helps differentiation for cells to multiple (your liver keeps 5 years worth of this vitamin, longest of anything else, and it's rare in env -- mostly fish)
b6 makes all your neurotransmitters and if you lack it you get depression, focus issues, etc
fish oil also repairs myelin sheath for whatever reason. the DHA and whatever fat in it is a more complex form of fat your body can readily use for membranes. it's easier if you eat this stuff than if you eat other fat and your body has to build the other fat up for those more complex membranes. a lot of people who messed up their neurons from meth end up taking tons of fish oil for this reason
some form of B12 is a "healing agent" for another reason. methyl B12 is less stable but makes you feel like a million bucks. methyl is sulfur and everybody gets too little of it -- it's used in DNA repair and other very important stuff. found in eggs. probably anti inflammatory, can't remember. helps all the things though

no clue what CTS -
@Demolishun ooooh me dumb
I got that once.. I was typing a lot on my phone at work, too much texting, and somehow it gave me carpal tunnel. absolutely no clue. my diet wasn't any different back then. was end of college when I got hired. maybe it was from eating too much pizza during college?
I stopped typing so aggressively though and it went away. felt like my wrists had tiny glass shards in them and it was even into my palm joints
kicker is I played way hard pvp twitch fighter games earlier on, so much so I had to like train my rings/pinkies to be able to react x4 the speed they natively did, and I thought I'd get carpal tunnel from that but my body adjusted fine to it (those fingers only hurt for 1-3 days and then I was perfectly fine and my reflexes were better)
but the texting was so bad it was 2 weeks lmao
maybe when you try to improve speed it's like muscles but ligaments. you tear it up then gotta wait for it to reheal. being slow sucks and you get faster after tho!
