    git checkout master && (git branch --merged | grep -v "\*" | xargs -n 1 git branch -d)

    I have this aliased as "git clean". It deletes all local branches which are merged and equal to master.

    @DefiniteGoose well, I can be a jerk, always fooling arround, so it's like 90% for me.
    But I turned anyone and made piece, so we are all friends now :p
