There should be a good programmer that climbed to CEO

@devTea Had this on my first job. He started still in microcontroller era. Some hardcore C coder... But admitted he somehow does not really know how to lead people, so he expected the team to organize itself. Non existing project management, QA, just pure chaos. Worst and most stressful time of my life.

The CEO of the company i‘m working at actually is really good at programming and managing the company really well.

Actually glad to have this guy.
