What's the deal with that Despacito song? I listened to it once and found it so stupid. No idea what people find interesting in it.

@sharktits Heh. So the only meaning of the song is that word.. depacito? Fuck, pop music has taken a shitty turn in the last few years. I still remember Unwritten from Natasha Bedingfield, Maneater from Daryl Hall, Sex on Fire from Kings of Leon, and a bunch of others.. those had meaning. Meanwhile the current tracks are so empty, forcibly driven into the houses of the radio-listening people by their respective track labels. Despacito with its title being the only thing that remotely resembles meaning is a prime example of that.

@Condor @xzvf are you guys forgetting the popular "RAP MUSIC " these days ?
What the hell has happened to it.
Best part about rap was the lyrics ,lots of them, the puns and double entendres.

    Lyrics Now :
    Gucci gang × 10000000007 πŸ˜‘
    Mumble fucking rap !

@Condor to be fair you need to have a relatively high iq to inderstand despacito. The humor is extremely subtle and goes over the typical listeners head.

@ceee the r a bunch of good modern rappers, lil peep has really nice tunes

@sharktits they are not for me honestly. I'd stick to my good old hip-hop.

@sharktits In that case please enlighten me. My IQ is relatively high, but I do not understand the subtleties that make up social innuendos (caused by my Asperger's Syndrome). Hence there was no meaning whatsoever that I could derive from that song.. and honestly I have no idea how the hell it got so popular, other than by being forced down people's throats through radio and peer pressure.
