Condor323366yThere's some apps that use a VPN connection for this purpose if I recall correctly. Just make sure that they connect back to localhost and not to some random server somewhere (because VPN servers intercept and can store all traffic, potentially get it sold etc). If you're rooted, there's also some firewall apps out there that should do what you want to without a VPN connection (they use iptables instead).
