Is privacy really that big a deal some of the more tin-foil hats make it out to be? Look at Estonia, their government knows every last detail about an individual citizens life. Result: they are basically in a golden age as everything is efficient as there is zero red tape. This is what technology can achieve if we don’t bog ourselves down with non-issues

    @Consolelog interesting point. I’m however speaking as a citizen in a country of comparable size to Estonia. My country however is stuck in the 90s where technology is concerned. My country is also 3 times as old as Estonia who got their independence in 91... to me, Estonia is like a case study on how awesome things can be if we just let Engineers be awesome
