Scade5906yEarphones are very subjective. Amazon reviews (the text, not the rating) can give you an idea how they fit and sound. People who buy cheaper models tend to favour strong base. Depending on the type of music you listen to, you might want a more balanced sound.
Noise isolation depends heavily on how good the they fit for your ear. -
CurtisMJ4686yI quite like the Sennheiser CX 300-IIs. The best earbuds I've ever had are the HTC Usonics, but seeing as those only work with their phones the Sennheisers are a close second

Cryteku3596yDon't know if you want to check an 'Over-the-ear" type, but here they are:
HyperX Cloud Gaming Headset (around 80$ on Amazon).
I have those for about a year or so and I love them! -
Check out RHA. They're solidly built and come with a range of differently sized tips to fit your ear. Also they come with a 3 year warranty. I've had the same pair for 6 years of pretty much daily use.

hasu23706ySennheiser. They have some really good ones in the 50€/$ price range. Had them for years, love them.

hasu23706y@1989 tbh I had that with sony. They broke instantly. In case of Sennheiser they died after 5 years, which is totally okay.
One can always give them back or for repair at the shop one got them from here so the warranty isn't an issue.
I also have a gaming Headset from them and it's at least 5 years old by now, if not older.
Used to have a Steel Series but that broke one week before the warranty ended (lucky). Also the Sennheiser is a lot more comfortable and sounds better then the Steel Series one.
It always also depends on the model. -
I bought an $80 Bluetooth pair from Best buy that I love. They're insignia brand so they're just best buy knock-offs, but they fit great, have excellent battery life, and when the office gets really loud but I don't want to turn the music up and go deaf they also have active noise cancellation. They definitely work because I occasionally catch people standing just out of my peripheral vision talking to me and I never knew they were there.

+1 for RHA.
Assuming you're in India, even boAt have a superb line-up; don't be fooled by their low pricing. -
hasu23706yDoes someone have experience with AKG headphones? Like not the ear buds but the proper studio ones.
-
hasu23706y@Lilithium hm. Interesting. Thanks ^^ I have some Sennheiser ones at the moment which are comfortable so I'm good, but I was curious about the sound quality and what all the rage is about with AKG. I got their earbuds now with the new phone. Still getting used to them but so far so good.
