Protip: your CI always passes if you don't write any tests

I'm generally against the whole surveillance state thing but sometimes I wonder if it would be best, if we had a law requiring developers to attach all their reddit/hackernews/slashdot/dailywtf/devrant/etc posts to their resume.

Something that is almost always forgotten or dismissed these days is that every test also has a cost.
