I once executed a rm -rf * on a production server. What was your most fckd up or fireable instance at job?

Were you fired from Computer Science altogether? Geez, what a fuckup.

I once had to fragment a table in Production, and somehow a couple thousand records were lost. They said my instructions weren't clear and that's what caused the data loss, but I say those idiots in charge of moving stuff to the Production environment fucked up. I wasn't fired, but it certainly damaged my rep.
