Working a full-time job, then helping with the newborn/household, then staying up until 3am because it's the only time I have to work on my app.

After a year now, the burnout is strong.

Tips to reenergize?

    Get yourself a massage, and a holiday.. Can't be good to burn yourself out like that

    Man, I totally feel you. Happens to me many times. Just do it for the fun part of it. When it starts to feel like a burden, take a time out as long as you need until you feel the itch to continue again. Don't push too hard nothing good will come out of it.
