That's it!
Trying to plan ahead for each day but i keep failing !
I go to bed early at night but still cant wake up as early as i hope to.
Anybody has a solution for this?

    @R1100 do not set yourself under pressure, let it go and try to stay calm. I am also no early bird, so I accept my biological cycle and start the day later than others. But in that way I am much more relaxed now. Good luck to you.

    @R1100 yes. And that's the point. The more sleepy you get, the more faster will you sleep.
    But pay attention to the clock. You need to take a shower before your regular bed time arrives.

    If you are oversleeping then following may be one of the reason-
    0. Depression ( I am not a doctor)
    1. Not motivated enough
    2. King of procarsination

    To get up early I tried following things and it is working so far-
    0. I read few pages of book before going to sleep.
    1. Before going to bed I tell myself if I will not then who?
    2. Always remind myself that join the 5 AM club, a lot can be done by waking up early

    Or do the work in the evening. I know getting up at 5 am is popular and shit but some people DO work better in the evening/night
