They email you a link with a one time use token. It sucks because you never have a password. You always have to click on an email link to set the browser cookie.

@djsumdog well that sounds straight up convienent! Did they just decide "y'know what's more convienent than remember a password? Clicking forgot password, opening a new tab, logging in to email, finding the email in junk folder, click the link and bam! So much easier, let's just do that Every time!!"
