I broke into hotels WiFi. So here's the setup
They have a main router (TP-Link) which they use for official purposes then they connected the main router to a Microtik router for guests.
I got a glimpse of the software they use for accomodation, billing etc. It runs on php stack maybe MySQL too and some ip can't remember now. I can use wireshark to sniff the packets. Basically should I tell the office of this hotel about the security? Or just let it go.

P.S: Guys you know I'm visiting my gf but I've got some time for myself as she had something to do. So you know I'm not using my laptop when I'm with her.

There is a big chance that guys in security department are stupid like shit. Exploit, learn, do what you want (well depends if you want to use it for bad, or just keep that for knowlege).

Dont do it personaly because they wont understand it and might do bad law things to you.

    <3 computer people.

GF leaves you alone with your laptop for a while, decide to hack the WiFi to stay preoccupied xD.

White hat shit: do not even look at the data, just prove you can get in.

You are beyond that now, so if they figure out what you did you might be fucked.

I once had a similar story. Pizza shop. Router from ISP still on default settings. Used reaver/pixiewps to get password... free wifi yaay. Then next, accessed the router and enabled the remote management. Not sure what to do next until 1 day cant access it anymore because WAN IP is dynamic.

@captainskippah in my case it's static. Nice idea though will leave remote management open when I leave here
