    Pros:
    1. Higher pay means better financial stability and potential for savings.
    2. Opportunity for career growth and advancement in a new company.
    3. Exposure to new experiences, skills, and industry knowledge.
    4. Chance to work with a newer company that may have more innovative practices and technologies.
    5. Increased job satisfaction and motivation from a change in environment.

    Cons:
    1. Loss of seniority and familiarity with current job and colleagues.
    2. Uncertainty about the company's stability and long-term prospects.
    3. Risk of not fitting in or adapting to the new company's culture.
    4. Potential for increased stress and pressure in a new role.
    5. Difficulty in starting over and building new relationships and networks.

Another thing to consider is where you think you are now and plans for the future. Do you have a family of your own or planning to start one? Are you supporting someone else besides yourself? What is your current financial situation? Do you have a girl? Are you raw dawgin her?

i will reject their offer, i do have people I support and am planning to start a family. no time to go to a startup to get overworked in a lower position just for a few extra bucks i guess
