HacktoberFest is a scam where people just come to get a tshirt and thus decreasing the importance of open source 😐😶

I did some legitimate pull requests to my own repos which have been invalidated. Spamming isn't that easy.

Also, may I remind how awful the clothing industry is? Wonder where they're getting 50k T-shirts from, yeah, it's most likely Bangladesh, Taiwan, China, something along those lines. Look at some videos of it, it's dangerous and poisonous to do that kinda stuff! Hacktoberfest promotes this, and I don't promote Hacktoberfest. Big yuck.

@Proximyst and the device you’re using probably contains a lot of things made in china.

I still think it’s bad, but sadly, consumers just want the cheapest things and companies will follow that.

@-vim- even if you want to pay more for good resources its just not possible.

A Dutch reporter (Teun van de Keuken) once went to the police to turn himself in because he supported child slavery.
The officer asked why he did it and he replied "I really like chocolate and that has been created with cocoa harvested with child slavery"
The officer replied "well sir, You don't have to worry about that, everyone eats chocolate once in a while"

@Proximyst build a better, fully automated silkscreening machine.
