One of classmates presented an idea of children tinder as her final project. (To find friends, not...you know..)
So, after a pretty logical question how they're going to prevent it from turning into a platform for kidnappers, they said 'I don't know, not my problem, tinder doesn't do it, Facebook doesn't, it's not my sphere of responsibility. And as a developer I cannot guarantee anything, why are you asking me this you're wrong'
Bravo.

    But as the person coming up with the idea, you'd likely be the role of CEO/owner and that absolutely is something you should care about.

    At the end of the day, the government's not gonna give a shit what your role is. They're just gonna want someone to pin the charges and lawsuits to because you allowed some fucked up pedo cunt to molest or stalk kids

    He's even wrong in terms of facts. Facebook has a minimum age of 13 because of the US "Children's Online Privacy Protection Act". Tinder had 13 as minimum age until 2016 but then raised it to 18.

    So, no children allowed on these platforms, that's how they address the problem.

    In my friend group, since Tindr, we've always joked about creating an app called "Kindr".. the intents and purposes were jokingly made though, so it wasn't viable to ever be started on.. xD Coppa probably wouldn't like it either xD
