    Thanks for the welcome. They should definatly try to solve any issues they have on their own first as a learning experience and general good practice. I'm not always going to be there to help, they need to be self sufficient to a point.

    It might be a case that I find myself staring at alot as a newb: I've tried nothing and I'm all out of ideas already. (ie, I'm learning to fish, but still need to be spoon fed sometimes)

    @harambe that's great keep up the good work. I don't mind helping out, I actually really enjoy mentoring new starters, I just need to seem them put in the effort that you seem to.
