Me: ahhhhh my back!! Why was i sitting in that terrible unergonimic position

Moral of the story , practice good seating posture and you wont get muscle knots! ;-;

    Small recommendation. Lower back exercises twice in the day, in the morning and night. It only takes less than 5 min. It gives you energy and less back pain.

    I told my boss. So then we went and got a Kinnarps chair and damn is it nice! Oh, and everyone else in the office wants one as well, so I guess I kinda started an expensive trend... Very well 😅

    Seriously, be careful. I have slipped discs, it really isn't fun (not sure what caused it but sitting in front of a computer definitely doesn't help).
