I ran the auto install script where it says "Sorry, GlancesAutoInstall script it not complaint with your system." In the install script it checks if the distro name is in the specific list of supported distros and manjaro isn't in the list.

@HarleyQuinn in Arch at least it's in the community repo. You can fetch it with "pacman -S glances" :)

I was using this when I ran a Minecraft server on a shitty computer. Glances itself ended it using 10% of the cpu :)

@irene Having a htop/top view in browser is awesome and next to that it has a JSON api, which I can use to gather system information without the need for bash scripting.

I love bash scripting but this makes it way easier!

@irene Not really on the personal machine at all (although getting a notification when system usage gets high would be good) but I manage about 25-30 servers as a (little too serious) hobby so yeah that'd be useful.
