I have two job interviews tomorrow. One is a start up and the other is a large company. Not ideal to have two interviews on one day, since how will I explain to my boss that I will be out half the day for job interviews? But I have to, since I’m going to LA for thanksgiving on Saturday.

Does anyone have any tips? I’m very confident in my skills. But there is always some great advice!

    Interviews are as much about you evaluating them as the other way around.

    Be timely, polite, show some humility and ask questions.

    When interviewing candidates I gave them a few small exercises, one of them that they ALL failed.

    I ended up hiring the only person who after failing the task then asked me to show them how to complete it.
