Got it to restart, no sound.
Trying a restore point, hope it's software.

Welll.... Lost my Fallout New Vegas Install for nothing.
I'll have to reinstall the OS ;/ and hope it isn't the sound card that fried.

Had the same thing a while back after a botched Windows 10 update, which is pretty bloody regular these days. Lost allot of work, but fortunately Linux kept on going (running a dual boot) so I could at least still work.

Basically always create backups of your things and backups of your backups and backups of those. Or something like that.... Either way; hope you didn’t lose too much progress/mods.

Well.... I remember now, I messed u with a setting in bios while looking for something else, regarding power management... If that was it I fried some chips in the graphics card, since I already rolled back 2 days and nothing changed...

Btw using a chinese USB sound card lol I think I burned something in the internal sound card. How can I troubleshoot it on windows, help?

Went for shopping for a sound card...
Two of the major stores have none, no one buys one anymore.
Had to pay 25€ for a USB sound card... and It's great, even better than the onboard.
I think I also lost my internal graphics card. No problem I guess... but FUCK.

Update:Fucking problem was a Windows 10 Update.
Spent one day messing with stuff, spent 25€ in a USB sound card, and now it works again....
Fuck Windows.
