The guy's instances must have crashed due to the 405s that the server was returning. Since devRant was returning 405s for a solid day, most likely the retry count to get his scam bot running again expired and it's currently sitting completely dead on some $5/month digitalocean box somewhere, waiting for the loser to SSH in and restart it.
