Your scrums certainly sound more interesting than ours!

We have some managers (even MD) here, did 8 hour meeting and they were really proud of it and said people should be productive like them.

I have no idea why in the flying fuck doing such long hour means productive based on their term.

I have a rule: if during a scrum a topic comes up that requires more than ten seconds of discussion between only two people, I tell them to take it offline and report back to the scrum master via slack or email. A daily scrum should take no more than fifteen minutes. Ten if you're keeping it tight.

Our team is too big(~15 people), so it runs long.

@bahua Yeah, that's *really* big for an agile team. Can certainly see why you need longer with that many people.
