So it seems if I really want to get a tech offer, I have to focus on algos big time.... Hm....

And I have not motivation to do so..

I'd rather be building something useful with my time... Which is sorta oxymoronic...

They looking for a builder, Creator, innovator but they emphasize knowing how to re-solve problems that have already been solved... In less than 1hr.

In real life new problems can't be done in that time... Only a rough solution can be stetched...
