Why didn't Lenovo just say that to begin with?

@shittywebdev Well it's also not supported by windows by default, if you'd want to do a clean install you have to copy the drivers to the installation disc. So it makes no sense at all

Also: "To improve performance, the industry is moving to RAID on the SSDs [...] Lenovo does not block customers using other operating systems on its devices but relies on the alternative operating system vendors to release appropriate drivers.".

This is just utter bullshit, as blocking other OS's is exactly what they do since they locked the RAID mode.
